Biography

Adam John Binder was born in 1970 and grew up in the Cotswolds, one of the most picturesque rural areas of England. It was this idyllic environment that awakened his senses to the beauty of the natural world, and has been the inspiration for his art for the past 25 years.

In 2001 Adam started working on his own creations for Adam Binder Editions and developed his own series of Netsuke’s for the collectibles’ market, later focusing on his exclusive contemporary wildlife bronzes which have gained him further international recognition. His intricate bronze sculptures portray the simple beauty and character of wildlife as well as promote the plight of the world’s endangered species. Adam is also passionate about raising funds to support the work of international conservation groups. He has a strong following worldwide and in 2011 Adam was elected a Member of the Society of Wildlife Artists.
